Please read these terms carefully before using the 399vet platform. All rules covering accounts, bonuses, transactions and responsible gaming are included here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 399vet platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). 399vet is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all services on 399vet, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, sports events and other gaming categories. Accessing or using any part of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Language and Communication

These Terms are published in Bengali. Any communication with 399vet may be conducted in Bengali or English. Our support team provides service in Bengali 24/7.

1.3 Third-Party Software

399vet works with various game software providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming and Ezugi. The terms and conditions of these providers may also apply.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 399vet and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age — this platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
  • You must register using your correct identity and personal information.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • Multiple members of the same household or family may not open multiple accounts.

2.2 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Verification

399vet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly before a withdrawal.

3.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account).

3.2 Verification Timeframe

Verification is generally completed within 24 to 72 hours after documents are submitted. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold while verification is in progress.

If correct documents are not provided or verification fails, 399vet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

399vet supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account tier and verification status. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is still in progress.

Important: Deposits and withdrawals must only be made through a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transaction Conditions

  • Deposits and withdrawals must only be made through your own account.
  • 399vet does not cover any bank transfer fees; where applicable, these are your responsibility.
  • 399vet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
  • If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account and funds will be frozen.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The welcome bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period, which will be stated at the time the bonus is announced.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made directly without meeting the bonus conditions.
  • A maximum bet limit per round may apply when using a bonus.
  • Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or from the same household.
  • 399vet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The 399vet VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Members can gradually advance to higher tiers. Full details on cashback can be found in the 399vet Casino section.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 399vet are operated through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes the outcome of every round completely independent and unpredictable. This ensures that every player has a fair chance.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error or server outage, 399vet reserves the right to refund the bets for that round. Any incorrect winning amount displayed as a result of a software error will be considered void.

6.3 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the help section within the game. Players are responsible for reading the rules before starting a game.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket or other sports events, if a match is abandoned or postponed, 399vet will settle bets according to the applicable rules. Odds accepted during live betting will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited:

  • Opening an account using false identity or information.
  • Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
  • Money laundering, cleaning illicit funds or illegal financial transactions.
  • Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
  • Affecting the platform through hacking, malware or any other technical means.
  • Any attempt to predetermine the outcome of a game.
  • Assisting minors in opening an account.
  • Harassing other players or behaving in an inappropriate manner towards platform staff.
  • Playing games using any bot, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 399vet's Rights

399vet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Provision of false information.
  • Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months).
  • An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (subject to verification).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if it has been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months. A fixed inactivity fee per month may apply to inactive accounts, which will be announced in advance.

For any dispute related to deposits or withdrawals, submit your complaint along with the relevant transaction details (date, amount, reference number). We will investigate each dispute impartially and endeavour to resolve it promptly.
